Great for peace of mind
It's a very good device and my father who is quite deaf can hear it OK. Battery lasts about 3.5 days before I receive an SMS warning me battery is below 20%. One shortcoming - although it is supposed to ring 3 mobiles numbers in succession, if the first number is unanswered and rings through to answerphone, it isn't able to ring the second or third numbers, so you are dependant on the first number picking up. This alarm is just amazing, the txt you get as to where your elderly relative is and the fact you can talk to them before responding is brilliant. Credit lasts for ages and battery lasts 3-5 days. I cant praise it enough! Daniel whom i deal with for problems i may have is excellent and will do everything to sort out any problems you may be experiencing with your alarm. He has been amazing.
