Solid, beautifully made and non-stick too. :0)
Good quality eclair mould, replaces an ancient one of my Dad's. It is constructed of a thick metal with two folded sides, visible in the photo. These prevent the mould from flexing & deforming when handled making things a lot easier when everything is piping hot. I washed the mould and used it straight away, and to my delight, my lovely (gluten free) choux pastry shapes flipped out of the mould without sticking.
