    Must have Gingery Back Gears

    If you make the Gingery lathe you will want to add Back Gears for cutting internal or external threads. You wont be satisfied with the limited capacity of your lathe without them for long. As a matter of fact once this is done it isn't a far stretch to make a tapering jig if you didn't leave enough side travel in your tailstock.
