Functionality, build quality and reliability are bood, as far as I can tell after a couple of weeks. I have docked it one star because of the total lack af any instructions in the package. I use Sipgate as my service provider and they supply instructions for setting up this and many other ATA's on their website which worked at the first attempt.

Had bad experiences with well known brand leader adapters in the past. Was recommended this one by another VoIP phone user and it seems to be working well. There are no setup instructions as such in the box but you look on their site for it.

If you're lucky enough to have fibre or wireless broadband, you can remove your phone landline. These boxes allow you to install a VOIP line, I use Sipgate because they allow you to select a new phone number from a list. You will need to set up a QoS to prioritise upload bandwidth to make sure your phone works like a landline during heavy Internet loading. All in all, an excellent product! 😁
