    Very interesting book! Includes pages both in story format, as a "light read" and instructional or "lecture" formats. Since it's divided into chapters and sections, it's easy to go back and read again about a certain technique. It's very in depth and interesting for those deeply interested in the subject. Also includes may recipes to be taken literally or as inspo. Also includes some diagrams, pictures and photos.
