Source Naturals Liquid Melatonin
Melatonin, the hormone secreted by your brain to signal the rest of the body that it's time to slow down and sleep, comes in pill and liquid form. The pills are hit-and-miss with me. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Liquid Melatonin always (99 % of the time, anyway) works for me. The exception is if I'm really irritated by something that happened during the day. Then my Adrenalin over-rides the Melatonin and I stay awake. Of the two brands of Melatonin I know of, Source Naturals works best and tastes really great. Just dosen't work for me
I bought this because of the reviews and was looking forward to getting some good nights sleep for a change. It sounds like is is just me but I found that although I do sometimes get to sleep after taking this product, getting to sleep is not my problem. I tend to wake up a couple of hours later with or without taking this Melatonin spray. On the down side with the melatonin I seem to wake with a dry claggy mouth and it really does not help to get back to sleep after the first time im awake. I'm trying some other products. Most success for me to date is self hypnosis youtube videos which seem to work better and keep me asleep for longer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
