People typically do not like taking iron supplements, because iron supplements in most forms causes constipation. Not this one. It is “easily digestible”, and your body will function well. Take with vitamin C. Because you need vitamin C to utilize iron! (Learned that from a Red Cross employee.) The only iron that works for me
Iron bisglycinate and iron pyrophosphate are the only forms of iron that don't constipate me and work well for me, I usually go back and forth between the two.
