A quick, tasty & nutritious addition to your daily diet.
First of all, the vanilla flavor is delicious! It's the perfect nutritional base to add fruit, yogurt, and milk (as well as whatever other nutrients you like to add). Just be sure to add enough liquid and don't over-blend in order to prevent the mix from becoming unpleasantly thick and gummy.
