The best amino acid for quality sleep I know of.
Go to Reddit's r/nootropics, there are tons of people using 3g of this at night for sleep. We aren't getting enough of this in our diets from not eating the entire animal (collagen peptides have a lot of glycine, but they also contain tyrosine which can keep you up at night so best to take those in the AM, then the 3g glycine at night, often with some chelated magnesium (I like Doctor's Best). 6 hours sleep on glycine feels like 12 and I'm relaxed the next day. Smaller dose for me
I appreciate being able to open tablets and half the dosage. I am very sensitive to supplements and usually need a smaller dosage than most.
