I add this product to my pre workouts to increase bloodflow for a better pump. This stuff is INCREDIBLE! Insane pumps and I love the flushing feeling I get from it. Super intense. Highly recommend to any hardcore lifters.

Serious Niacin flush
Probably the WORST Niacin i've tried. My Dr. recommended Niacin a few years ago to help with LDL and this causes more Niacin flush than any brand I've tried. I'm quite frugal and try to use things rather than throw them away, but I'm afraid I can't use this.
