Good workouts that keep me entertained
I have been using this almost daily for the past 6weeks. I have found it much more interesting than the Wii Fit, I used this but would not keep it up as much as it became boring. It is annoying the avatar profiles are restricted and do not cover features that would fit with my ethnicity e.g. broader noses! but this isn't the end of the world. It is helping me to workout more often and keep track of what I have done. I have noticed a change in my flexibility, have lost some weight and my shape is changing for the better. I followed the "personal trainer" option which started my workouts at around 15 mins, they have now increased to around 30 mins. I would highly recommend to anyone who would like to do an interesting and varied workout without having to re-programme every time. Well I've had to leave a 5 star review as it does look good in its case. I seriously need to use it though as the pounds are piling on due to Covid-19! Maybe I'll try to find it later and get 5lb off before my SW zoom meeting tomorrow.....if I start now you never know 😉 Ok yes a tad over optomistic admittedly but I have every faith in it and I know I'll lose weight just yelling and bawling at the kids when I can't find the Wii remotes and the blasted thing won't work! Actually no I'm giving it a miss and will have a cuppa and a bit more home made cake my darling 14 year old has made.....again! I will be the size of a house before we come out of lockdown!
