Well worth the cost
Researched thoroughly before buying, but was still hesitant due to the cost. Glad I listened to the advice of getting as much scope as you can afford. This was my first experience with a MIL dot scope. Watched a couple short videos after my first (less than impressive) outing. Went back out this past weekend armed with a better understanding of how to properly use the scope. It was a night and day difference! Glass is clear, adjustments are easy to use and well marked. Vortex Diamond back. Up there with the best of them.
I have had many great scopes. As a hunting scope you don’t need a scope that cost more than your rifle. Nikons have always been a go to for a budget scope but they are not making scopes anymore. So I went to SIG. bought several. But they are on back order until who knows when. So I went to the vortex diamond back. Have to say it’s spot on, clear looks good and does the job pretty dang good.
