exellent product for guys over 40
Very good, easy to swallow, I would recommend these vitamins to men over 40, the body absorbs it very fast because it's liquid. I like the fact that it will help my prostate stay young with the pumpkin seed and omega oils, saw palmetto and many other good ingredients. I always feel better (more energy, alert, healthy) when I take these and avoid getting sick. I had a cold I couldn't shake and began taking these. I was all better within a day or two. They helped me overcome the vitamin deficiencies reflected in my blood tests. My only complaint is the price is a bit high and taking 3 huge pills seems like a lot.
