Good product
I really like it. I just wish it would dissolve more. I have to put it in my morning oatmeal and stir and it still has some small lumps, to be sooooo powdery you would think it wouldn't clump, but it does still, but other than that it is a good product. It has helped my IBS-C I do believe. I don't know if it is the placebo effect or if it really is working, but it gives me peace of mind that I am getting more fiber in my diet. Side effects unbearable
This product gave me extreme bloating and extreme gas. It made me very uncomfortable for the week I took it and even for several days after I stopped taking it. It is very potent. I can't recommend it but every human body is different so it may work better for someone else. I'm very sad, I was hoping this would give me the digestive relief I so desperately need! I may try it again, drinking more water with it next time.

Best Fiber Ever!
I’ve been taking Heather’s Tummy Fiber for years! I just add 2-3 teaspoons to my protein shake in the morning. You can’t taste it, it isn’t chalky, and it just keeps everything moving in a nice, orderly fashion. I would highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with constipation, diarrhea, or IBS— it helps maintain a normal digestive tract.
