Fabulous Sound and Connection w/Annoying Hang-up button location
I am an unabashed Jabra fan, and mine have lasted *forever* until puppy. The ear fit is good - a little tight, but you can work it until it relaxes to fit your ear. The sound and distance is amazing - I have left my phone in the house and walked out side, 75', and into my workshop (inside, another 25') and only then did it start to mess up the signal. However, the hang-up / re-dial button is right on the in-the-ear earpiece. So, you put it over the ear, and naturally want to push on the ear bud to seat it . . . hello, you just dialed your last call. Annoying, and you have to work to seat the ear piece without hanging up or re-dialing. The mute is on the mic end and very nice to use. The piece tells you how many hours of talk time you have left. So far, it is accurate. However, when it says "Recharge now", you have five minutes. Best to recharge on the first warning, "Low battery".Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Plantronics discontinued this model. I tried to order old/ new stock to replace the one connecting my cell and desk phone . The one that was "old" new stock and wouldn't take a charge . so returned it for a replacement. After receiving another one with the same problem, switched to a PLT Legend after calling Plantronics direct to find which would be compatible with my preexisting receiver lifter . It's a monstrosity
I wear glasses and hearing aids, so there's a lot going on behind my ears. This unit is HUGE and there was no way it was going to have a place over my ear competing with the others. Not only that, this particular unit wouldn't hold the charge. I returned it. Great find at a fair price
The battery on my original 510 headset was dying a fast death and constantly beeping in my ear on calls. My Plantronics unit is very old, and I didn't want to pay full price for a new headset. I searched eBay and found the perfect replacement at a fantastic value! I couldn't be happier with it, and I'm back to being hands-free on conference calls. Thank you!!!

Bummed about this
I had one of these a few years ago and it quit working. Tried several others that did not fit as comfortably, so ordered these when I found them again. They flicker in and out, sound is awful, and they cut out when I go past the airport - none of my others do that.
