This is an excellent product!
I've used this product faithfully for years. I especially use it during cold and flu season, which, for me, is basically the entire school year since I'm a teacher. I can't afford to get sick and I don't like taking OTC products unless it's absolutely necessary. I take other preventative products as well but I rotate those. This is the one I take regularly. The taste takes a little getting used to. It has a kick to it. But it's not horrible and you can get used to it and knowing you're doing something good for yourself makes it worth it. I usually take a tablespoon a day unless I know I've been exposed to a sick person and then I bump it up to 2 tablespoons a day. One bottle lasts several weeks that way. If I wasn't exposed to germs on a daily basis I think I would cut back my use so if you aren't around small children or if you don't work in a health environment, it would last a lot longer. For what you get (look at the label), this really is an excellent value. If you have any doubts and if a seller doesn't show the label, Google it. It's the nastiest tasting stuff ever. I have to throw it as far back in my mouth to avoid as much of the taste as I can, but it definitely does the job. It has pretty fast action on a sore throat . . . for an herbal concoction. However, it's not a use once and it's all over; you need to use it at least once a day—more, if you can handle it.
