Not adjustable!
Though the sound quality and the mic work very well, the problem is that you cannot adjust the speakers to actually fit to your ears! If you are going to wear them for a short time, then they are okay, but if you need to use them for longer than, say, half hour, then they are very uncomfortable.

Comfortable and stays in place.
We use 2-way radios as a football crew on Friday nights. The previous headsets hurt my ear and would fall out after making a run downfield. The Behind the Head Headset is much more comfortable and stays in place when running. I highly recommend them.

Great headset over the ear instead of in ear
Wearing "in ear" ear buds, blue tooth sets, and somne remote frs ear/mic sets can be painful after a few hours. this over the ear set is very comfortable, works well and does not make your ear sore like other head sets.
