I experimented with a couple of different types of headset but I found this one to be the best. I went deaf in one ear not long ago and it was the ear that I always used to hold the phone to. I just couldn't get used to holding the phone to my other ear as it seemed to make my arm ache and wasn't comfortable. I bought a couple of phones that had headset jacks and a couple of these HW251's and it is perfect now. It takes a few seconds longer to answer the phone as I have to put the headset on but it is so much better. I bought the HW251 with the voice tube rather than the noise cancelling mouth piece as I found it works better for me. I can imagine using it all day in the office would be fine but this is not why I purchased it. They are expensive to buy but not if you find one on eBay as I did.Read full review
