  • If you have a parallel port printer with a a parallel por that you want to network, this works.

If you have a parallel port printer, like one of the old black only Brother or HP laser printers, this will put it on your home network with only a little bit of setup. It uses a webpage for setup, so it works with even the newest operating systems. The only hassle is if it is used and is on a different ip address block than your existing network, you have to manually set a computer to the same ip address range, direct connect to the print server, access the webpage, set it to your existing network range and set the computer back. About a 5 minute job.
