Excellent solution for the TM-D700
This small unit is well put together and doesd exactly what is described by receiving GPS data and feeding it into the GPS port of the TM-D700. Small enough for a descrete installation within the car and sensitive enough to receive signals even when lock inside the glove compartment of the vehicle. So no need to find routing to the outside of the vehicle ( it's not water-proof). This unit is plug and play as it takes its power from the TM-D700's control panel port - so no additional wiring required. Comes with simple but sufficient instructions to get the unit working. Obtains signals from cold within 30's of startup so your APRS is on the air very quickly. Highly reccomended product for those looking for a very simple but effective solution to providing a GPS signal to the TM-D700.
