Der Nintendo GameCube Purple Spielkonsole (PAL) ist ein tragbares Videospiel-System. Die Nintendo Konsole hat annähernd die Form eines Kubus. Sie ist 11,4 cm breit, 15 cm hoch und 16 cm tief. Der Nintendo GameCube ist mit einem IBM Hauptprozessor und einem ATI Grafik-Chip ausgestattet, die für eine schnelle Verarbeitung der Grafikinhalte der Spiele sorgen. Der GameCube in der Farbe Purple verfügt über ein Laufwerk für spezielle GameCube Discs, die einen Durchmesser von nur 8 cm haben und eine Speicherkapazität von 1,5 GB. Das Laufwerk ist auf der Oberseite des Würfels angebracht und ist ohne Module konzipiert. Dank der Nintendo GameCube Technologie werden Spielediscs besonders schnell gelesen. Vorderseitig sind in die Nintendo Konsole vier Anschlüsse für jeweils einen Nintendo GameCube Controller eingelassen, der als spezielles Steuerungsgerät für den GameCube dient. Dadurch können vier Spieler unmittelbar über eine Konsole zusammen spielen. Über das Game Boy Advance Link-Kabel lässt sich der GameCube mit dem Game Boy Advance verbinden, und somit neben dem Datenaustausch und der Freischaltung neuer Level auch der Game Boy Advance als zusätzliche Steuerung nutzen. Auf der Unterseite des Würfels können Breitband-Adapter an die GameCube Konsole angesteckt werden, welche das online Spielen mit anderen in einem Netzwerk erlauben. Rückseitig befindet sich an dem Videospiel-System ein handlicher Tragegriff, so dass sich der Transport des Würfels unkompliziert gestaltet.
