Good Unit.. However!
This unit is a good item with good soldering with solid components. However they is a short fall in the listing. When testing with a 3 pin PWM fan, the fan ran at full speed and attempted multiple configurations to get the temperature control working though primarily unsuccessful. Will be purchasing a 4 pin PWM fan to further test the unit! Recommendation: Seller needs to list item as only compatible with 4pin PWM fans.

Mine was not working as promised.
Be warned. This product did not work as intended with a 30$ pwm fan. The fan was constantly spinning at full speed and it would only regulate if you used the other 2 fan inputs with the pots.

It works really well. I can highly recommend it.
Temp. regulated PWM output on channel 1, channel 2+3 runs with preset PWM value. Excellent product that fully lives up to my expectations. I have coupled it up with a bi-metal temp switch for the 12v supply. So the board will be powered up when heatsink reaches 35 degrees, then the PWM output regulates the fans at incremental higher speeds as the temp rises. It works really well. I can highly recommend it.
