For sensitive hair and scalp
This perm is not as harsh are regular perms but still I never leave it in for more than 10 minutes or I will have hair break off on the top of my head. Still has a very strong smell and hard on the eyes but it does make the hair have body that very fine hair does not have. Do not color your hair for at least a month after using this product. The hair will break off with that much chemical action taking place. It is very nice to have hair that now will hold a curl and have body.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

missing B4 soution
The perm was good except it was missing the pre solution. It had the step one and step two and the leave in conditioner, but not the pre conditioner bottle (B4). It also had the perm papers. Excellent perm for fine and delicate hair!
