Great Converters for Consle Applications
The Echo Audiofire 12 is a bit dated by now but is still a wonderful converter if you run a console for mic pre's. The audio quality is excellent and the ease of use makes life in the studio simple. I run two of these together for a total of 24 in and out and I am still able to use some of my vintage outboard pieces via inserts that are important to my sound/ears...left over from being in the recording business for 25 years. The entire audio spectrum is covered nicely with these converters. There is no obvious "bump" or "lag" anywhere. They are quiet and crystal clear, especially compared with anything else in the same price horizon. For the money, I don't think they can be beat.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
