Extremely versatile
If you know how to use this tape correctly, it almost a medical miracle. But don't take my word....ask a physical therapist! Sometimes I don't have the time to round the edges though and am a little rough with it which makes it start to peel. Average use is probably fine. There are much better tapes out there
This is a pretty crowded market and it's difficult to distinguish the good tapes from the better. I started taping my foot for plantar fasciitis, having learned it from my physical therapist. The professionals use a really good quality tape, strong, elastic, good gripping power without being uncomfortable, and last at least a couple of days without peeling off at the ends, sides, edges and corners. This tape is mediocre in those features. I tried a couple of other brands, Thera-Band and KT Pro. The KT Pro is the best of the three that I tried in all those catagories. Doesn't Stick
K tape usually stays on a week or longer. While in place this tape works well. However the tape barely lasts one day before peeling off. I even tried using heat from a hair dryer to better activate the glue. The price is great but the product does not hold up under normal use. Poor batch of K tape??

It lasted only a couple days and peeled off

Used as anti blister tape for backpacking
