Honestly, it may work very well, however, the spatula is missing the Wusthof trademark; red “W” on the handle. This item was advertised as such, so for that reason, this did not work out for me. Wusthof is not cheap; you are paying for quality / lifetime warranty. So please note the one star is relative to this issue.
