Not bad, but you get what you pay for
So this is probably the cheapest cement mixer you'll find online (It certainly was for me)
It is self assembly, which is fine. However the instructions are appalling. They're vague and downright incorrect in places which makes the job of building this difficult, if you have a bit of experience and common sense you'll probably be ok though.
The mixer itself works fine for a small project, however, it does "cut out" every 30 minutes or so, probably through overheating. If left for 10-15 minutes it comes back to life of its own accord, but it's something to aware of. We were just mixing cement for a patio in fairly small loads on a mild day and found it cut out 5-6 times a day
It's not a bad product, but like I say you get what you pay for. I would suggest buying it if you mix cement/concrete sporadically. But if you're a heavy user, or need that extra reliability get a more expensive one.
