Arrived fine, does the job
Does what it says, arrived when they said it would. The LED was folded inside the case initially, which cased a little confusion. But you'll be opening the case to do the wiring, so it was easy to fold the LED into the right slot when fitting the unit. Wiring involves soldering 6 wires (2 for light, 4 for the 3 fan speeds) and using screw terminals for 2 more. Soldering was easy enough once I realised the points had been pre-filled with solder, they are thru-hole not just surface pads (as they appear initially). Took me about 15-20 mins in total to fit, from taking a photo before snipping the wires on the old unit to seeing it all working.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fixes broken buttons
If any of the button on your Hygena extractor don’t work (on/off, light, fan speed 1 and 2) this is the part to replace and fix that issue. This part also replaces the indicator light as well. To fit this you will need a soldering iron. There are 7 cables to solder in total. Note this part does not include the buttons that you press on the front of the switches. You can easily remove the buttons from the old part and put them on to this part.
