Effectively Relaxes
Good selection of calming breath tones (pretty to listen to) that really do help you slow your breathing. My only disappointment is that my previous model also had an accompanying male voice that guided you when you were "off"...ex.: breathing module needed to be re-positioned, reminded one of keeping pace, things like that. Eased you in and out of the relaxation period in a very soothing, male voice. Maybe that is still available and this model does not have it. Who knows!
