    Bob's Red Mill, Famous for Quality!

    This is a great whole wheat flour and makes wonderful bread in my machine. Bob's Red Mill is a brand well known for quality. I was surprised to find it at such a good price, free shipping. This saves me a trip to the market, six miles away. I go through quite a bit of flour, lately. We enjoy home made bread! I still buy some store bread, but there is no way to compare home made and store bought. They are just different. Home made has better substance and texture. Store bought is OK for some things, but it's mostly air. Well, if you make your own bread at home, this product is one you will go back to, again and again!

    Bought because the taste of bleached white flour is lacking. I fried chicken with it first. Chicken had a better taste. My milk graver was thicker and richer. Buy this. It is an improvement over bleached white four. Next is cookies. Thanks clay246ccb
