This wall hanger is very easy to fix and can hold up a heavy guitar or bass if fixed right. I would recommend buying the wall fixings very carefully and checking their weight capacity before hanging a guitar as you might damage your wall heavily and more importantly, your lovely instrument. Easy fix but needs attention. I have hung the guitars for over 3 months now and the hangers are holding up quite well. Pros: Very sturdy Secure hold Excellent value for money Issues: Not really an issue but more of a note. Need careful selection of wall fixings. I would advise doing some research first and finding out what type of wall you have and the suitable fixings for it. If in doubt, get an expert to fix it if you don't want to risk it. Overall, the product is excellent value for money compared to others offered by bigger brands and other sellers. Definitely worth buying, makes your room look a whole load better and you can embrace how good your guitar looks (handy if you want to impress anyone :P ). I have had no problems personally. I recommend it.Read full review

This would have been a 4 star product if the description did not mention bass guitars. If you hang a jazz or pbass on this it just bends. It is also not too good for slimline strats or teles as the prongs are just a bit too far apart for a comfy grip. Fine for gibson or most acoustic headstock. In the photos the metal looks thicker than it is because of the rubber covering. Sticks out a bit too far for most electric guitars but great for acoustic. Spend a bit more for heavy instruments. I thought China could make good quality at a good price but in reality these are just cheaply made. 3 stars may be a bit generous.

This item is great for keeping your guitar safe and secure to prevent damage. I was expecting it to come with screws and wall plugs but it didn't. I had to use my own. It wasn't a problem for me but others might not have them around. It is however a very strong hanger and easy to use and install.

Did the job Sturdy Easy to fit Made a feature of the wall I had run out of floor space in my apartment so I used the wall as storage and also a great feature. although not expensive, my guitar was left to me by my late father and I enjoy seeing it up on the wall Perfect :)

Actual product worked OK but I ordered another which arrived totally different design still OK product but did not match the other one and as I had drilled fixing holes didn't fit. I emailed the company just to ask if I could purchase another the same but no reply, emailed again still no reply. Gonna re-drill etc. (pain with dry lined walls). Product OK but company rubbish at communication!

What happens is this; the shaft is too long and the central metal in the middle into which the shaft goes i.e. is located, is too thin and weak. The result of that is that the weight of a normal electric guitar will pull downwards and bend the metal so the only guitar that will not do this is the weight of a classical or light acoustic. So it is technically not well designed for the purpose. In addition to that the circular base will likely dig in to anything soft like plasterboard because the tightness that you have to have will force that to happen and this is because of the thinness of the metal; think of it like this the rim of a cup pushing through a material like a cookie cutter. Now if you use a piece of wood to attach the base so that it does not happen then it elongates the shaft making the weight problem even more critical. My advice is to avoid this product unless the guitar is a uke or lightweight accoustic. The idea that you could use for a Bass Guitar which is heavier again than a normal electric is just plain nonsense.Read full review

i have it above my bed to hang my ukulele up, it's super sturdy and convenient for when i want to grab my uke and not have to get t out of the bag, it also makes me practice more if i can see it out as it's quick to grab and practice for a bit and easy to just hang back up

Well made and sturdy but bear in mind that the actual cradle screws into the wall plate. Tricky to explain but this means you can't just attached the plate to the wall with the triangle of screws in a nice neat fashion as, when you screw the cradle in, you could end up with the cradle at an angle when up tight. Answer: screw the cradle up tight and then mark up where the screws need to go, even if the triangle of screws is arbitrary. Alternatively, attach plate neatly and find a washer or two to allow the cradle to be in the right position when up tight

Cracking product for the price! There are stronger ones out there but for the money! Rated it only 4 stars because the back plate bent slightly under load. In all fairness tho it was a very heavy electric guitar and is still very much useable. Overall considering the price I’m very very happy.
