Gives het where needed
I have atheritic knees and this gives me heat to them all day. The heat continues well after the guaranteed 8 hours. It does not take the pain away but gives some relief as I cannot take any anti-inflammatory tablets or gel and the strongest co-codamol does nothing for it. The cuff supplied with smaller packets is not big enough (average size knee) and when I cut it to make it comfortable it slips down. I find some gauze bandage next to the skin then the heat pad secured with micro tape and then tubular knee bandage keeps in place a treat and is comfortable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
