Not semi permanent
I bought this eyeliner because I needed a semi permanent long lasting eyeliner, after they discontinued the Seventeen tattoo me semi permanent eye liner from Boots. I use eye drops several times daily for dry eyes and didn't want an eyeliner that ran and smudged. The seventeen tattoo me liner was brilliant. When I used the stargazer and put in my eye drops, the whole eyeliner ran and came off. There was no water resistance whatsoever and each time I used the drops I had to reapply it from scratch. I am very disappointed with this. It also comes off very easily and no need for the corrector pen or eye make up remover. Disappointing
I'm about to go away for a weekend. I thought that a semi permanent pen would save me time and effort. I was wrong. I'm so glad that I tried it out first.
