I had a flat roof on my garage that had been newly felted but had an annoying leak that was untraceable. After applying bitumen several times with no success, barring re felting again I looked to google for an answer, and this came up with such good product reviews I had to try it. Afterall it was going to be a good cheap fix for the 30 quid spent if it was successful versus refelting at well over 100 quid. And yes success, 100% success, I have had snow sat on the roof, its rained cats and dogs for a coupla days at a time and not a drip. I painted on with relatively stiff 3 inch paint brush and covered all the felt joints and tacks. Went on like a dream. Brilliant product does exactly what its sposed to.
