One thing that the seller could not have any power over is that it could use some more ringtone options as the build in is quite poor. Bought this new on eBay for a third of the price that Argos is selling it at. Easy to set up and has great range. Looks stylish and is very light. I missed the bit in the instructions that says the phone wont work until the battery is fully charged when u set it up so dont worry if you dont get a dial tone straight away! lol
