love this compact phone
I love this phone. It is smaller than many - a good size for a jacket pocket. There is an understated, unflashy quality about it - but all its functions work very well. One unusual feature is that if you squeeze the edges, the google assistant appears. Voice quality and voice recognition are excellent. The strongest feature of this phone is its remarkable camera - again nothing flashy, just one lens, but all the pictures I have taken look wonderful, lovely colours and very clear details. The google pixels are renowned for their excellent cameras. Battery life is good enough - for me it lasts at least a day - and it can go into battery saving mode. Even though the phone was launched in 2017, it updated easily to Android 11.

Good budget phone
Way faster than my Nexus 5x. Better screen and camera, and raw Android 9 is really good. Battery life is comparable to my old phone when it was new.
