It Works As It Should
The unit must have been out of service for a while because it acted a little screwy when I charged it up and began using it. It would not work on high speed unless I pressed the button several times. I don't know if the battery was slow taking a full charge or if the motor was taking a while to wake up but after about 5 days it started working at a faster speed and now it comes on at the higher speed with just one push of the button. Considering it was a used product that was probably out of service for a while, plus the very reasonable price, I didn't mind coaxing it along for a few days.
