Caregiver using a Covidien ePump in a home environment
If you waited beside a loved one in a Hospital Room that was being fed by an ePump, you probably were watching Covidien ePumps quietly performing their assigned task. I admit that I was a little hesitant to take on the responsibility as a Caregiver to switch over from BOLUS feeding with 60ML Syringes to ePump in a home environment. I had to do something, my wife simply wasn't accepting any additional food any more so the only way was using Continuous feeding with a pump. When everything arrived, I read all the instructions and quickly switched over. I should have done this two years ago; so simple, easy to program, easy to set up, and so reliable.
