Pump had more water coming out of it than the nozzle
This was supposed to be a Factory Remanufactured unit. First of all when I took it out of the box, and unfolded the handle it was very flimsy. The latching mechanism just stuck out enough to hole it in place, but was secure at all.. When I did finally start it up,with the Honda motor it started fine. At that point there was more water coming out from all sides of the pump, than the nozzle. In fact my water hose had more pressure.. This was the second Simpson piece of equipment that I have purchased, with bad results. I won't own anymore.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

I was hesitant purchasing this power washer (especially a refurbished one!!!!!! It is GREAT!!!! I own a car dealership and have a really expensive power washer at my business. This one is just as powerful as my much more expensive power washer!!!! Very happy 😃

Unit works great. I do not like the frame set up. I prefer the older version over this version.

Great for residential use
Power washer has great power and Honda engine is reliable. Works great for residential uses such as power washing deck or fence. The only small drawback is the set up they give you for storing the water hose (just a little velcro strap).Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Not enough pressure. I’ve use other pressure washer with 3000psi they have a lot more power then this one. But it is good for the price
