I was very excited when the maxi glide came in, but it was still about 2 weeks before I got the chance to open and use it. Long story short, ut doesn't steam. 2 inch wide Maxi Glide is the best!
I have had one of these for years. They don’t make this model any more so was thrilled to find one after mine stopped working. It has interchangeable surface plates which is was able to use from my old one. This iron is an absolute God send for my curly unruly hair. This is my third of this exact model. I got my first when they were New. I wanna say 20yrs? ago... I love it. Trick is to not press hard & to use small amounts of hair... Go over it two or three times. For a previously used item it is Ok. This one the temp wheel is busted. But at least it's stuck on the high setting.
