The ball is not large, but it is ideal for me as I have medium towards small hands and can easily put the ball into my palm for one of the exercises. Having broke arm is three places by shoulder joint I was not able to use the hand or arm for over three months. Light and easy to use.
My arthritis is a lot better since I used the orange soft foam physio ball. I have a lot more movement in my hands and they are not as painful.
