Just been recently discarded by a narcissist .Have never ever felt so broken before This book has helped me to understand what a narcissist is and how they operate my partner was text book . Love bombed me like there was no tomorrow practaly forcing me in a relationship with them then chipping way at my self confidence until I was just a shell of my former self then discarding me because I was such a weak pathetic human being . Dissapointing but well written as a guide and warning for those unaware of a narcisist, and those that are vulnerable. vulnerable.
The book is well written, but as a guide to narcissism it is not anything ground breaking or anything I do not know, or more than what you can find for free on the internet from sites like, Quora, etc, I believe the author means well and I felt the best part was the end, where he lists the 50 red flags to look for, but reading a whole book to get to that was not worth the cost, in terms of time and money, at least for me...saying that, I am sure there are those that will find it illuminating, and helpful, so all good in that respect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
