Typical pre-workout supplement
Having used just about every brand or product in the Pre-workout category, this one is on par with most when used as directed. I prefer the non-stimulant version, myself, but find I need to increase the recommended dosage by half to get the "warm, fuzzy feeling". Works best on an empty stomach, and no pre workout protein shake. So if you are one of those who needs to eat just prior to exercising, then don't waste your money on this.
