At the price paid (£307) I’d say this represents excellent value. Within just a few moments of setup (which does take a while, but I’m sure I’ll get quicker) I had the basic technique for getting nice smooth footage. I’ve yet to really put this gimbal thru it’s paces, or to try out some of the modes, but early indications are that this is money very well spent. Handles a Fuji XT2 and 16-55mm lens with ease.

This is a great Gimbal with a good payload, but it can get heavy very quickly. This can be made better with the add on stabilizer handle which works great and keeps it stable too. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good gimbal at a good price. The WeeLab is great too, but slot more money. I also have the smooth Q that is also great for mobile phone on GoPro.

The Zhyiun Crane Plus is a great piece of kit. I'm used to using the Crane M, which is another fantastic Gimbal. I do find that the Plus, has a much nicer handling feel to the M version and, of course the increased payload. A great price, considering that V1/2's are vastly more expensive.

Having the Smooth Q, I was expecting high performance and a good quality product. And this device did not let me down. As I have the Canon 200d, my Sigma Art lens weighs more than my camera, so fairy tricky to balance I would have thought. Once I mastered the basic principles of balancing, I found it can be setup less than 2mins. Very well made, premium feeling product. Would recommend.
