Excellent Value for a Quality Machine
Excellent machine! Made of sturdy, robust plastic with a rubber non-slip platform and suction feet that stay put. The remote control is super easy to use for your preferred mode settings. All the different speeds and levels give you all the shakin' up you'll ever need. The pause button is also useful if you need a quick breather. For the price, I think it's fantastic value because of the manufacture quality and motor. Whether I'm standing on the vibration platform for a whole body workout or sitting on a chair just working my feet and legs, I use it daily and feel better for it. I'd recommend this machine for anyone who wants 'to wake the body up'.

Arthritis difficulty
Older people- be careful it can be hard on the skeleton. Take it very slowly one minute at a time. Any more than 2 minutes and your body will pay for it. As we can't bend our knees anyway...just standing on it or resting one leg on it can work as an effective massage on lowest setting. So I'll give it a chance for another few months. Inexpensive and excellent for those who are housebound but still require some form of exercise!
Been using the Everfit for nearly two weeks now and since receiving it I've literally lost 1.5 kgs! The plate only takes 15 minutes a day and can be easily stored under a bed or desk. Definitely one of my most 'practical' buys for the year! As I am no longer able to attend the gym and due to a hectic work and family schedule, this appealed to my current lifestyle - definite money well spent! I am able to set my own pace, whether that be equivalent to a walking, jogging or running pace and trust me - you feel it afterwards! Couple it with either your own dumbells and exercise vids or the hand straps that are included - it really combines many forms of traditional exercise into one easy machine! The plate itself is well made, sturdy and quite 'large' yet compact enough for easy storage. It is heavier than expected but that really adds to its 'sturdiness'. I personally find the quality surprising, as I was skeptical at first but was really impressed with its build. It also has a handy remote control that's quite basic yet still able to communicate the demands needed to comfortably operate the machine without having to 'stop and start'. There is no assembling required, apart from inserting the power plug into the machine and wall socket. Really happy thus far! Please note that this is MY basic description of how I use my plate and may not be suitable for anyone else depending on your physical capabilities. The product is good the experience to buy was not.
My experience of purchasing this product was marred by being requested to 'confirm to buy' and instantly the money came off my credit card, which I never normally pay with. I always use Pay Pal and this was denied me. So I was very annoyed about this form of control.
