Good product,seals well.
Very easy to use,the adhesive needs to be warm to provide good adhesion to brick. If weather is cold use a hair dryer or electric paint stripper on low setting to soften. To seal a lean too roof I cut the removable plastic backing along the middle of its length with light pressure using a craft knife and folded the flashband at 90 deg. I positioned the flashband against the brick wall and on the roof. Holding the flashband in position I pealed off half the plastic backing and pressed against the wall. Once it was fixed against the wall i pealed back the remaining half of the backing and pressed against the roof. Doing it this way enabled me to produce a very need finish.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waterproofing for dummies
