Good for riding new routes
I used the garmin 520 edge plus for 4 rides so far, i like the different customisable screens and the turn to turn indications. I find the time to load a map or recalculate a route quite long. Also the dynamic zoom on the elevation map is automatic, so not able to zoom out or in, hence the 4 stars. Great compact bike gps.
Great compact bike gps, easy to read screens even in bright sunlight. Navigation a doddle switches between screens automatically as you approach a turn, tells you how far to go before turn and auto zooms into junction. Re-routes you on the fly if you take a wrong turn. Really easy to download and save multiple routes from strava, mapmyride, garmin connect etc. link to cadence, heartrate and power for post ride analysis and connects to mobile phone via bluetooth if you want to use apps with it.
