    Light and bright

    Very slim and compact. Same size as a tablet. Light is very bright and is useful as a bright light even if you don't suffer from SAD. Would be ideal for anyone needing a bright reading light or doing craftwork. I keep it by the bedside and use it for at least an hour when I first wake up. It certainly makes me feel awake and alert. I think it has improved my mood but haven't used it long enough to be sure. It's very light and portable and I would certainly pack it if going away for a few days. There are cheaper SAD lights out there but the slim size was worth paying extra for. Hardly takes up any room and it's easy to adjust the direction or pick it up and move around.

    Good while it worked...

    Sadly only lasted a week before it started flickering rapidly and then died completely, shame as it seemed well built & it gave out a nice bright cheerful light that felt like it was really helping my mood. Sent back for refund, I'll try another maybe I was just unlucky with this one.
