Garmin Forerunner 235
Fantastic watch! It tracks everything I need to with regards to my running, I could not be happier. Only downside is not being able to track swims, however I knew this when I bought the watch. Plenty of extra apps to download to allow for additional features. HR appears accurate and you do not need to have it on as right as some have suggested. Perfect Garmin Forerunner 235
For its new reduced price Garmin Forerunner 235 is an excellent sport watch providing straightaway data on running time, route and its elevation, pace , heart rate and cadence. It finds satellite quite fast, usually, within 10-15 seconds. It has large dial with clearly defined numeric information. Running laps are marked by sound and vibration, followed by pace being displayed in large numbers on the dial. A very helpful functionality for long distance runners, helping to maintain a pre-planned running schedule. Upload of run data to Garmin Connect is really fast, taking a few seconds. I still need to study multiple other features of the watch like recording various activities, heart rate, diverse widgets and music control. Good easy to use tracker
Thought it would be complicated but it is easier than I thought. Takes a while to respond to commands but apart from that, can’t fault it. The main issue for me is that I have used Nike+Run Club since 2008 and Garmin Connect is supposed to sync with it so I can continue my Nike records, but the sync doesn’t work. Garmin Connect is very poor: you can’t keep a log of your shoe mileage if you use more than one pair. But the watch is good and I would buy it again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Superb all round training watch
Literally can’t fault this watch in anyway. Does everything you need it to, great battery life, the app is superb. Concerns re the accuracy of the heart rate monitor are only because people don’t know how to use it, just make sure it’s in roughly the right spot on your wrist and it’s tight enough and you won’t have any problems. 10/10 all round for meVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
