Bought for my parents, to go with their Airfryer, as a gift. I didn’t research book properly . Not your everyday recipes, more of a “gourmet” style recipe book. I was not really happy with the content as it was very basic with no illustrations, a lot of the most common foods such as "jacket potatos" is not there, I have kept it, because as I said, it is basic and may come in handy one day. this is not a negative review, just an honest account as I see it. It’s American, so uk ingredient quantities, heat temperatures and even food names like chips & prawns are all absent. nor does the index make sense, the page number of recipes don’t match those shown on the pages..
